Explore Six Magnificent Homes
On Sunday, December 7 from 10am~4:30pm, six magnificent homes will open for the our Holiday Home Tour, a two-decade tradition in Palmer Woods. History and architectural splendors will be showcased at each home with exciting examples of beauty, warmth and holiday adornment. The homes will be accented and set with styling by professional designers.
Bundle up and enjoy the season as you explore our winding streets and exquisite homes. Be sure to wear warm clothes and socks. You will be asked to remove shoes inside each home.
Be sure to visit the Warming Station in the Carriage House at 1830 Balmoral Drive where we will serve complimentary hot beverages. You may begin the tour here or at any home on the tour.
Last minute online ticket purchases and day-of-the-tour tickets may also be picked up at 1830 Balmoral in the Carriage House Warming Station.. Day of the tour tickets are $20.
- Dress warmly!
- Come early as there are no lines at 10 AM
- Wear slip-on shoes or boots and bring a bag to carry shoes in while in the homes
- Allow 3 hours to see all beautifully decorated homes
